CHASSIS
Hi-tensile steel 1-beam welded construction with top and bottom flanges in 30 Oak flatbars with 5mm web M.S flanges and stiffeners.

BODY
20 m3 capacity bins totaling 40 m3 in 3mm and 5mm supra form on head/tail boards. A rollover tarpaulin and platform are fitted.

HYDRAULICS
Single stage rams, each side of bodies.

AXLES
Propar type 2 off per trailer, tubular 127mm(16mm wall thickness) hollow round beams in high-tensile T16V material, heat-treated in three piece configuration. Rated at 11 tons capacity.Foundation brakes are (Duron P2008 / FERODA 3658) 420*180 “S” cam operated on automatic slack adjusters with ABS braking system. Spring brake boosters are fitted to each axle. Brake linings are manufactured to S.A.B.S 1056 specifications. Wheel studs are 10 studs fitment on 335 PCD (pitch circle diameter). Bearings (21 roller) are interchangeable inner and outer 90mm diameter percision ground parallel journals and bearing face-hardened. Axle track length will be compatible with that of truck tractor at 1910/1930mm. Hubs are machined from S.A.B.S.

SUSPENSION
Self leveling air suspension is utilized. Suspensions are manufactured according to TUV European Certification.

TYRES AND RIMS
12R 22.5 tubeless tyres (17 off inclu. 1Xspare) complete with 9.00*22.5 disc type rims,11mm thick nave, 10 stud in dual fitment.

LEGGEAR
Jost 2 speed, heavy-duty wind-up leggear is fitted to both trailer.

TOOLBOX
Standard 900*450*400mm toolbox is fitted.

BRAKES
Two line air brakes with spring brake boosters are fitted. ABS brakes and automatic slack adjusters fitted.

CHEVRON & TAILBOX
Standard mild steel tail box with chevron and yellow reflective tape.

PAINTING

The trailers will be thoroughly cleaned and degreased and a base primer applied. Minimum 2 coats 2K enamel paint to your corporate colors.
